Gro-light - Best nursery product award winner
Night vision for parents
We really had a light bulb moment when we came up with this idea! It can be tricky checking on your sleeping children in a darkened room – you need a light that’s bright enough to see by but not bright enough to disturb them. The Gro-light lets you check on sleeping children without waking them up. It simply attaches to your normal ceiling light and with the click of the wall switch it can either be a dim light or a bright light. It’s brilliant as a comforting night light for older children and for lighting up stairwells or landings.
• Controlled by your normal light switch
• As easy as fitting a light bulb
• Very low energy consumption
• Adjustable sensitivity and LED brightness
• Use with bayonet and low energy bulbs
• Great as a landing light at night time when your child is older

I have fitted the Gro-light in my nursery, but the room isn't completely dark at night so the main bulb illuminates rather than the LEDs. How can I make it select the LED night light mode?
Turn the light sensitivity control clockwise until just the LEDs illuminate.
Can I swap between the main bulb and the LED modes?
Simply turn your wall light switch off then back on again.
I have fitted my Gro-light but the lampshade covers up the LEDs so it doesn't give out much light. What should I do?
The Gro-light is designed to be used above the lampshade so the LEDs emit light over the top of the shade.
Does the Gro-light work with low energy bulbs?
Yes, it is suitable for use with low energy or normal bulbs. It is also good to use the Gro-light in stairways or hallways, where you only require a low level of light overnight, thereby using only a small amount of energy.
The light from the LED night light is bright in my nursery and I am worried that it might disturb my baby. Can it be adjusted?
Yes, the LED brightness setting can be adjusted to give out just the right level of light for you, so that you can see what you are doing, but not too bright to disturb your baby. This level differs for different rooms, so please adjust the LED light sensitivity until you have found what is right for you.
Can I leave the Gro-light on throughout the night?
Yes, the Gro-light can be left on throughout the night, for example to economically (0.5W) light a hallway, stairway or landing.
