Oooh much excitement here as the brilliant Gro-clock has been featured on ITV’s This Morning. How great that they’ve picked up on what a fab product it is. And how it is a great way to get children to understand when to get up.

With the clocks going back we'll be expecting our children to lie in for an extra hour on Sunday morning and they'll need help to know when to get up. Using the Gro-clock and programming it to shift the time over several days, 10 or 15 mins at a time the transition to sleeping in an extra hour can be so much easier and may mean you get to take advantage of an extra snooze!
