Introducing Andrea



The Gro Company has teamed up with leading child sleep expert Andrea Grace, in order to spread the word on how to achieve a better night’s sleep.

Andrea is a health visitor, nurse and mother of four children. Working independently as a sleep expert since 1999, she has helped hundreds of families to overcome their children’s sleep problems.

“ Just like Rob and Ouvrielle, my interest in children’s sleep arose from personal experience with my first child, who was an awful sleeper. Once I started researching solutions to these sleep problems, I was shocked to find that most of the advice told me to leave my baby alone to cry, which went against my instincts as a mother. So I thought to myself, there has to be a better solution and there was! I am now determined to help families solve their children’s sleep problems by coming up with gentle and effective sleep solutions. "
