Last Friday we attended the Tommy’s Let’s Get Baby Friendly Awards at the Mandarin Oriental in London.  It was a fantastic day and especially lovely to hear all about the research that the charity is involved with to help bring real pregnancy health benefits to prevent families from losing a baby.

All the big brands were there including Avent, Boots, Mothercare, Mamas and Papas. We are extremely proud that Grobag was nominated in the Best Nursery Brand category and are thrilled to have created the Grobag Baby Sleep Bag which gives parents and children a good night’s sleep.  Even though we didn’t win it was a huge honour to be nominated by real parents.

The special Triumph, Angel and Hero awards gave mums and dads the chance to nominate somebody who has been an exceptional help to their family. The awards were presented by Fame Academy’s Carrie and David Grant and Radio One’s Jo Whiley who gave details of the humbling and traumatic stories that some families have to face.     

It was a fantastic day and a wonderful endorsement for our Company.  Thank you to all parents who voted.
